Shipping & Refund Policy

Dragonfly Beauté’s skincare and cosmetic products are made in small batches. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. All sales are finals.  We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product. 

Dragonfly Beauté does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless it arrived to you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to sales@dragonflybeaute.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace for you. We may ask you to send us the broken item.

Shipping Domestic & International: We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Dragonfly Beauté offers the following shipping options:

  • Within South Africa via Courier Guy at a flat rate of R130.00
  • International Courier will need to be quoted on individually.

IMPORTANT: Please note that Dragonfly Beauté shall not be held responsible for items that are lost or stolen when delivered to the mailing address specified during the ordering process.
